** Co acquires Shantived Hospital in Agra at a valuation of 2.6 bln rupees ($29.49 mln) in an all-cash deal

** Adds, facility will contribute to co's top and bottom line from day 1 of integration

** Stock on track to gain for seventh month; up 10.8% so far in September.
