BSE SME IPO of Globtier Infotech subscribed 62%

The initial public offer (IPO) of Globtier Infotech received bids for 26,81,600 shares as against 43,12,000 shares on offer, as per BSE data as of 17:00 hours on Monday (25 August 2025). The issue was subscribed 0.62 times. The issue opened for bidding on Monday (25 August 2025) and it will close on Thursday (28 August 2025). The price of the IPO is at Rs 72 per share. The minimum order quantity is 1,600 equity shares. The equity shares will list on BSE’s SME platform. The initial public offering (IPO) of 43,12,000 equity shares comprises a fresh issue of 38,11,200 equity shares and offer for sale (OFS) of 5,00,800 equity shares. About 2,24,000 equity shares will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue. The net issue comprises of 40,88,000 equity shares. The issue and the net issue will constitute 28.52% and 27.03% respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company. The promoter and promoter group shareholding will dilute to 71.39% from 99.87% pre-IPO. The company intends to utilize the net proceeds for funding the working capital requirements of company, repayment/prepayment, in full or part, of certain loans availed by company and for general corporate purpose.
