BSE SME IPO of Abril Paper Tech subscribed 1.28 times

The initial public offer (IPO) of Abril Paper Tech received bids for 28,20,000 shares as against 22,00,000 shares on offer, as per BSE data as of 17:00 hours on Friday (29 August 2025). The issue was subscribed 1.28 times. The issue opened for bidding on Friday (29 August 2025) and it will close on Tuesday (2 September 2025). The price of the IPO is at Rs 61 per share. The minimum order quantity is 2,000 equity shares. The equity shares will list on BSE’s SME platform. The IPO comprises fresh issue of 22,00,000 shares. About 1,12,000 equity shares will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue. The net issue comprises of 20,88,000 equity shares. The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.56% and 26.16% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The company intends to utilize the net proceeds for capital expenditure for purchase of machineries, working capital and for general corporate purpose.
