Coforge's Strategic Capex, Deal Wins, AI Pivot Offer Revenue Visibility — Market Talk
Coforge's strategic capital expenditure, deal wins and pivot to artificial intelligence offer revenue visibility, Axis Securities's Neeraj Chadawar says in a research report, designating the stock as its pick of the week. The IT services provider's capex was $65 million in 1Q FY 2026, of which $58 million was allocated to an AI data-center project, the head of research notes. Also, the Indian company signed five large deals in 1Q, and its executable order book for the next 12 months rose 47% to $1.55 billion, Chadawar says. Coforge aims to close at least 20 large deals in FY 2026, with management committed to setting new performance and capability benchmarks via such initiatives. The brokerage has a buy rating and target price of INR1,770.00 on the shares, which are little changed at INR1,605.80. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
